The Chance As per existing JD for Pricing AssociatesTHE OPPORTUNITY The primary job responsibility of a Sr Associate Customer pricing is to create Customer conditions in ERP system as requested by the Sales Team abiding to pricing policies and provide the required reports also be a key resource in taking training for the team and take up quality check identify root cause and bring in action plans You will closely work with the leaders and the team to build a strong and effective process WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR Academic Bachelor s degree mathematics statistics finance economics or in a related field will be preferable Master s Degree is an added advantage CERTIFICATIONS Microsoft Office applications - Excel and MS office Power BI EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 plus Years of Experience with similar job duties THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Proficiency in Power BI is a plus Intermediate knowledge of MS Access and basic knowledge of Python are also advantageous Ability to think analytically critical thinking skills and quantitative skills Support quality audits Knowledge in Process documentation Ability to handle training the team and new joiners Diligence and a natural aptitude for numbers Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen Customer-centric and an Ambitious Person attitude Manage time and priorities -
