Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester to join our team In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications by performing manual and automated testing You will work closely with developers business analysts and project managers to identify and resolve issues before the product is released to end-users Key Responsibilities Test Execution Perform manual and automated testing of software applications Execute test cases report defects and track their resolution Ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines Test Planning Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to identify test scenarios Collaborate with the development team to understand system functionality Create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test cases and test scripts Defect Identification and Management Identify document and communicate bugs and issues Work with development teams to resolve identified defects Re-test resolved issues to ensure proper resolution Collaboration and Reporting Provide explicit and concise test reports and documentation Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospective meetings Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and processes Familiarity with defect tracking tools e g JIRA Bugzilla Hands-on experience with automation testing tools e g Selenium Appium is a plus Understanding of Agile development processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills Experience in testing mobile and web applications Knowledge of programming languages for test automation e g Java Python Experience with performance and load testing tools e g JMeter Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 11 000 00 - 13 000 00 per month Work Location In person
