Position Title Academic Mentor - CA CMA INDIA Department Academics Employment Type Full-time Role Overview The Academic Mentor - CA CMA Domain will play a vital role in guiding and supporting students pursuing Chartered Accountancy CA and Cost Management Accountancy CMA in India This role requires subject expertise proactive mentorship and a structured approach to ensuring student progress and academic success Key Responsibilities Demonstrate solid subject knowledge in the CA CMA India domain and apply proactive problem-solving and research skills Provide academic mentorship to students by offering consistent guidance motivation and monitoring of their progress Maintain regular communication with students to track their academic journey address learning challenges and encourage participation in academic and engagement initiatives Advise students on effective study techniques time management and exam preparation strategies Assist faculty by preparing academic resources such as question papers PPTs and other supporting materials Collaborate with content teams and designers to ensure timely accurate delivery of learning materials Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions review assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement Maintain accurate and updated student records and prepare periodic academic progress reports Actively support all academic-related programs and work closely with the academic team to enhance student outcomes Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills while managing multiple responsibilities effectively Qualification CA - Partly qualified or fully qualified Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 16 500 00 per month Work Location In person
