Sr Marketing Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategyand execution for our core jewellery line and complementary jewellery care products This roleinvolves building brand awareness driving customer engagement and increasing sales throughintegrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets for both jewellery and jewellery careproducts Lead brand positioning and communication strategies to differentiate products in the market Plan and implement integrated campaigns including digital print in-store and influencercollaborations Oversee content creation for social media websites brochures product packaging andadvertising Analyse market trends customer insights and competitor activities to identify opportunities forgrowth Coordinate product launches seasonal promotions and new collection campaigns Manage relationships with external agencies media partners and creative vendors Track and report on campaign performance ROI and KPIs to refine strategies Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field Master s degree preferred 5-8 years of marketing experience ideally within luxury jewellery retail or lifestyle products Proven track record in brand management digital marketing and campaign planning Strong creative sense and understanding of luxury consumer behaviour Excellent communication leadership and project management skills Proficiency with digital marketing tools analytics platforms and CRM systems Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced setting Contact HR Akshada Shinde (phone hidden) hr karigar live Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Work Location In person
