Job Purpose The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of an organisation using SAP B1 software This role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks generating financial reports ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes The Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the company Duties and Responsibilities 1 Utilise SAP B1 software to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations 2 Perform routine financial transactions such as recording invoices expenses receipts and payments and ensure proper coding and classification of all financial data 3 Prepare and process journal entries adjusting entries and month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting 4 Generate financial statements including balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow statements using SAP B1 software 5 Assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and insights 6 Assist in preparation of financial performance briefly highlighting variances and identifying areas for improvement 7 Support in periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies accounting standards and regulatory requirements 8 Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance team members and various departments to provide accurate and timely financial information and support decision-making With Regards Shikha HR (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
