The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites The role ensures that civil finishing and MEP works are executed as per drawings quality standards safety norms and within project timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise construction work for residential buildings towers villas row houses etc from foundation to finishing stage Coordinate with contractors labor vendors and engineers for smooth site operations Ensure quality of civil structural finishing and interior works as per specifications Monitor material usage deliveries and stock to avoid delays or wastage Maintain daily progress reports labor records and site checklists Conduct regular quality checks for plastering tiling painting plumbing and electrical works Ensure compliance with RERA requirements safety protocols and local authority regulations Identify and escalate issues related to delays rework or quality deviations to Project Manager Coordinate site inspections with consultants and clients when required Support project handover by ensuring snag-free finishing and documentation Skills Competencies Strong understanding of residential construction processes civil finishing Knowledge of building codes safety regulations and quality standards Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings Good communication and team coordination skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Hands-on site management with leadership qualities Qualification Experience Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 4-6 years of experience as Site Supervisor in residential real estate projects Experience in high-rise construction and finishing works preferred Familiarity with MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
