About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and creative 3D Interior Exterior Visualizer to join our design team The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 3ds Max V-Ray Corona D5 Render SketchUp and AutoCAD with the ability to create photorealistic renders walkthroughs and visual presentations for residential commercial and institutional projects Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality 3D visualizations walkthroughs and animations for interior and exterior projects Collaborate with architects interior designers and project managers to translate concepts into detailed visual outputs Produce accurate 3D models textures lighting and rendering using 3ds Max V-Ray Corona D5 Render and SketchUp Work with AutoCAD drawings to create 3D models and ensure dimensional accuracy Optimize rendering workflows while maintaining a balance between quality and deadlines Present design ideas and concepts to clients with high-impact visual presentations Stay updated with the latest rendering techniques software and industry trends Required Skills Qualifications Proficiency in 3ds Max V-Ray Corona Renderer D5 Render SketchUp and AutoCAD mandatory Strong sense of aesthetics color composition and detailing in interiors and exteriors Experience in creating realistic lighting shading and material applications Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings layouts and design briefs Positive knowledge of post-production techniques Photoshop or equivalent Excellent time management and teamwork skills to meet tight deadlines Degree Diploma in Architecture Interior Design 3D Visualization or related field preferred Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of Unreal Engine Lumion Blender for real-time rendering Basic video editing and presentation skills VR AR visualization experience Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
