A leading digital marketing company is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Manager This role requires a candidate who can efficiently handle both financial responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of our operations Responsibilities 1 Accounts Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Handle accounts payable and receivable functions Prepare and process invoices bills and expense reports Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions regularly Assist in the preparation of financial reports 2 Payroll Administration Manage employee payroll processing Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits Handle payroll-related documentation and compliance 3 Budgeting and Forecasting Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets Assist in financial forecasting and analysis 4 Communication Facilitate communication between different departments Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees and clients 5 Digital Marketing Support Work closely with the marketing team to track and manage expenses related to digital marketing campaigns Assist in the financial analysis of marketing initiatives Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field Experience Proven experience in accounts preferably in the digital marketing industry Software Skills Proficient in accounting software e g QuickBooks MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools Organizational Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team Player Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented Accuracy and attention to detail are critical Adaptability Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment Qualification 1 Educational Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field 2 Experience 2 Years of experience Relevant work experience in accounting finance or administration is often preferred Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is a plus Experience In Zoho Book 3 Accounting and Financial Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in financial software and tools used for bookkeeping invoicing and budgeting Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable 4 Technology Skills Proficiency in using common office software e g Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in marketing and administration 5 Digital Marketing Knowledge Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies Awareness of industry trends and digital marketing tools platform Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Experience Accounting 2 years Required Work Location In person
