Job Title Accounts Executive Location Nagpur Reports To Management Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate budget tracking and reporting Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support the annual audit process Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and procedures Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary adjustments Qualification Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and regulatory requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication and interpersonal skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Job Type Part time Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Account management 2 years Preferred Language English Preferred License Certification Tally Preferred Work Location In person
