Sales Executive - Insurance Department Sales Insurance Services Location Mohali Reporting to Sales Manager Branch Head Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive - Insurance to join our growing NBFC team The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products Life Health Motor etc to customers ensuring seamless onboarding and contributing to the achievement of insurance sales targets Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Business Development Promote and sell various insurance products Life Health General Motor to walk-in and referred customers Generate leads through direct marketing referrals and cross-sell from the existing customer base Achieve monthly and quarterly insurance sales targets 2 Customer Handling Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions Explain policy features terms and premium details clearly to customers Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships 3 Process Management Assist in documentation and application submission processes Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for quick policy issuance Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations and internal company policies 4 Reporting Coordination Maintain accurate records of sales leads and follow-ups Provide regular MIS and updates to the reporting manager Collaborate with branch teams and channel partners to enhance insurance business Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Insurance certification preferred 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales preferably in NBFCs or banks Good knowledge of Life Health General insurance products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven with strong negotiation skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Key Competencies Sales Orientation Customer Service Focus Product Knowledge Team Collaboration Ethical Conduct Perks Perks Attractive Incentives on Sales Performance-based Growth Opportunities Training and Development Programs
