Designation Accounts Executive Location Navi Mumbai Experience 1 Years About the Company Our client a prominent exhibitions and event management firm in the jewellery and machinery sector organizes some of India s leading trade shows attracting thousands of visitors and industry stakeholders Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations invoicing and financial reporting The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of Tally and proficiency in MS Excel Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate entry of all financial transactions Generate and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner Manage accounts payable and receivable functions Reconcile bank statements ledger entries and vendor customer accounts Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports as required Assist in GST TDS and other statutory filings Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in commerce Accounting or a related field Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Basic Formulas Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
