We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to manage accounting operations maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks support audits and assist management in financial decision-making Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries sales purchases payments receipts etc Prepare and reconcile bank statements ledgers and accounts Handle accounts payable and receivable processes Support payroll processing and expense management Prepare GST TDS and other statutory filings as per compliance requirements Assist in preparing balance sheets profit loss accounts and financial reports Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all financial transactions Maintain proper documentation of bills invoices and vouchers Support management with financial data for planning and budgeting Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance M Com preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounting manufacturing industry experience preferred Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and accounting software Knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliance Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Perks Flexible schedule Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
