We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our hotel and restaurant operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment employee engagement training compliance and building a positive workplace culture that supports excellent guest service Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel restaurant and support staff Oversee onboarding induction and training programs Handle payroll processing attendance and leave management Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory requirements and safety regulations Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employer-employee relations Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives Conduct performance reviews and support career development plans Maintain HR records and generate periodic reports for management Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field MBA preferred Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience hospitality industry preferred Strong knowledge of labor laws PF ESI compliance and HR best practices Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts professionally Proficiency in HR software MS Excel and payroll systems High level of integrity confidentiality and problem-solving ability Job Type Full time Pay 14 203 49 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
