Job Title HR Recruiter Company GNG Technocrates Location Nagpur Department Human Resources Job Summary GNG Technocrates is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates while building a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs Key Responsibilities Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with department managers to define role specifications Source candidates using job portals social media professional networks and employee referrals Screen resumes conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and evaluate candidates Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and documentation Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates Maintain recruitment records databases and generate periodic reports Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR-related activities Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field MBA in HR preferred 0-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter freshers with strong communication skills may also apply Robust knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight timelines Key Competencies Networking relationship building Problem-solving attitude Time management Result-driven and proactive approach Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
