Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated individual preferably under 25 years old who is passionate about social media design trends and brand storytelling You will have full control over our social media pages from planning and creating content to engaging with followers and analyzing performance This role is for someone who wants to grow with the brand contribute ideas fearlessly and is willing to go the extra mile to build an engaged community Key Responsibilities o Create plan and execute a content calendar for social media posts reels stories carousels o Manage day-to-day posting and ensure brand consistency o Grow followers and engagement organically and strategically o Research industry trends competitors and viral content formats o Engage with our audience replying to comments DMs and building relationships o Collaborate with the team to showcase our products factory work and client stories o Track performance with insights and prepare monthly growth reports o Experiment with recent ideas creative campaigns and collaborations influencers architects o Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and adapt strategy Skills Qualities We re Looking For o Age 18-25 years o Strong understanding of social media trends and features o Creativity in content ideation and execution reels captions hashtags o Basic photo video editing skills Canva CapCut Adobe apps preferred o Excellent communication English Hindi Marathi o Highly motivated disciplined and passionate about social media o Strong sense of aesthetics design and storytelling o Ability to work independently and take ownership o Willingness to learn adapt and experiment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
