Tableau In this role 2 lines about the role Responsibilities Design development implementation and support of mission-critical enterprise Business Intelligence BI reports Excel Reports and other tools working with cross-functional teams Document reporting requirements to meet business needs Use skills and experience as an MIS Analyst to design develop test and implement reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards Work with Ops teams to convert legacy reports to BI solutions or central reporting system Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users Provide assistance to users for the generation of ad hoc reports Timeline and accuracy of reports to be always maintained Relevant experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are required to support working in project environments Good analytical conceptual and problem-solving abilities Able to capture detailed data and reporting requirements from Operations teams Prepare requirement summary and confirm with Operations teams Proactively communicate with Operations teams and GCC Lead Follow standards and guidelines set by team with proper documentation Plan Report development UAT phases with Leads and ensure work is proceeding as per plan Proactively inform and agree on revised timelines with Operations teams and GCC Lead in case of any unforeseen delays Follow up with Operations teams for UAT and Ops sign off Training mentoring Jr Developers Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Any Graduate Preferred Qualifications Skills Expert in Excel with building Macros and Working experience in Tableau Why join Genpact Lead AI-first transformation -
