Job Title Manager Location Jaipur Salary - As per experience Company Modi Groups Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MBA qualified with 7-10 years of proven experience in operations and team management The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising crusher plant operations managing staff ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and driving overall productivity This role requires strong leadership planning and organizational skills to manage day-to-day activities effectively Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all crusher plant operations ensuring smooth production and minimal downtime Supervise monitor and guide staff across different levels ensuring discipline efficiency and teamwork Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely upkeep and repair of equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and company policies Prepare and present operational reports to senior management Manage workforce scheduling attendance and performance monitoring Liaise with suppliers vendors and contractors to maintain uninterrupted supply chain and operations Train and mentor staff to enhance their technical and managerial capabilities Handle conflict resolution staff grievances and maintain a positive work culture Key Requirements MBA in Operations Management or related field 7-10 years of relevant experience preferably in crusher mining plant operations or heavy industry Strong leadership communication and decision-making skills Hands-on experience in supervising teams of 50 staff Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure multitask and deliver results on time Job Type Full-time Pay 90 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Work Location In person
