Job Title Caretaker - Commercial Building Kalamasserry Location Kalamasserry Salary 15 000 - 18 000 depending on experience Working Hours 8 00 AM - 6 00 PM We are seeking a responsible and reliable Caretaker for our medium-sized commercial building located in Kalamasserry The caretaker will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep general maintenance and smooth functioning of the premises ensuring a secure and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and upkeep of the building premises Monitor and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of common areas Coordinate with service providers housekeeping security maintenance vendors etc Report and assist in resolving maintenance issues such as plumbing electrical and minor repairs Maintain proper records related to building utilities complaints and service activities Ensure building safety protocols are followed at all times Support tenants and visitors with basic assistance as required Qualification Requirements Minimum qualification 10th 12th pass Prior experience in a caretaker maintenance or related role preferred Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing issues will be an added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Responsible trustworthy and able to work independently Candidates residing in and around Kalamassery are most welcome Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 15 000 - 18 000 Stable and long-term employment opportunity Supportive working environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month
