Job Title CNC VMC VTL Setter Programmer Experience Required Minimum 6 Years Location Insert Location Job Type Full time Permanent Industry Manufacturing Engineering Automotive Precision Engineering We are looking for a highly skilled CNC VMC VTL Setter and Programmer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in operating setting and programming CNC machines The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of machining processes G-code programming and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC VMC Vertical Machining Centers and VTL Vertical Turning Lathes machines Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical documents Create and optimize CNC programs G-code CAM software for precision machining Select and set up the correct tools fixtures and materials for each job Perform tool offset work offset and program adjustments as needed Monitor machining processes to ensure high quality and dimensional accuracy Conduct first piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments Vernier Micrometer CMM etc Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and product specifications Maintain proper documentation of setups tool life and machining parameters Requirements Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in CNC VMC and or VTL machine setting and programming Proficiency in G-code programming experience with Fanuc Siemens or Mitsubishi controllers is a plus Ability to work with CAD CAM software e g Mastercam Fusion 360 or similar preferred Strong knowledge of cutting tools speeds feeds and machining best practices Familiarity with ISO standards and quality inspection procedures Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in shifts and under production deadlines Education ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Tool Die Production Engineering or relevant trade Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
