Project Role Application Developer Project Role Description Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements Must have skills Salesforce Technical Architecture Good to have skills NA Minimum 7 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education As a Salesforce Dev Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of 12-20 developers Creating custom software applications on the Salesforce platform that meet our specific requirements for client management and other daily operations You will also integrate Salesforce with existing systems ensuring data accuracy and security and providing technical support whenever required The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce applications as well as experience in designing and implementing complex solutions Key skills include Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components LWC and experience with Salesforce architectures and data models Key Responsibilities o Oversee multiple modules PODs Tracks each consisting of 12-20 developers testers ensuring seamless coordination and delivery o Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team leads and developers fostering professional growth and skill development o Identify and mitigate risks across projects ensuring timely resolution of challenges o Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business needs o Drive the adoption of best practices in Salesforce development architecture and integration o Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and organizational development policies o Review and approve complex Salesforce designs and solutions ensuring scalability and performance o Monitor project progress resource allocation and deliverables to ensure timely and quality outcomes o Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends recommending innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities Required Skills and Qualifications o Bachelor s degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or a related field advanced certifications in Salesforce are highly desirable o 8-12 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in Salesforce development and team management o Expertise in Salesforce administration including Salesforce Lightning framework Sales Cloud and CPQ Preferably RLM but fine with other CPQ as well o Advanced knowledge of Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components LWC Aura and other Salesforce development technologies o Solid understanding of Salesforce data models including standard and custom objects relationships and fields o Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals o Ability to analyse complex issues debug code and provide strategic solutions o Experience in driving innovation and implementing best practices in Salesforce development and architecture 15 years full time education
