- Project Maintenance Supervisor Manager Role Summary Contact (phone hidden) 42 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to handle both Current Project Development Expansion and Maintenance functions within the F B Hospitality sector This role involves ensuring smooth rollout of new outlets while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance in existing properties The Project Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate across stakeholders vendors and contractors to deliver projects on time within budget and to quality standards Key Responsibilities New Project Development Expansion Assist in feasibility studies site inspections and preparing business cases for new outlets Support in preparing timelines and resource plans for project rollouts Supervise fit-outs construction renovations and handovers to operations teams Coordinate with architects designers contractors and Vendors for approvals and timely execution Ensure compliance with statutory safety and brand standards during all projects Monitor project progress and highlight deviations in cost time or quality Prepare and present progress reports and dashboards to management Manage procurement of furniture fixtures kitchen equipment and ensure quality checks Ensure that assigned projects and tasks are completed on time with regular status updates to the reporting manager team Project Maintenance Facility Management Address daily maintenance issues across outlets and escalate when required Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for utilities HVAC and kitchen equipment Liaise with contractors vendors and service providers for smooth facility operations Track Annual Maintenance Contracts AMC and vendor performance Optimize repair and maintenance costs while ensuring service quality Conduct periodic inspections of outlets to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Implement energy-saving and cost-efficient maintenance practices Reporting to Management Prepare weekly reports on new projects and maintenance activities Track and report milestones risks and mitigation plans to senior management Work closely with Operations Finance and Procurement teams for seamless coordination Manage vendor contractor negotiations and maintain strong professional relationships Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement Candidate Profile Graduate Postgraduate in Hospitality Management Engineering Architecture or related field 4 years of experience in project rollouts and facility maintenance within F B Retail or Hospitality Strong background in fit-outs construction management and equipment maintenance Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD Google Sheet and project management tools Knowledge of building codes safety norms and statutory regulations Solid multitasking planning and coordination skills Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost optimization Ability to work under pressure manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Languages - English Hindi Kannada Other Languages Should have good knowledge of Electrical Plumbing Carpentry kitchen equipment matter and other maintenance works Candidate must have own vehicle Salary - 4 to 5 lpa Key Deliverables Success Indicators Timely rollout of new outlets within approved budget and standards Smooth handover of projects to operations without operational gaps Reduced downtime in existing outlets through preventive maintenance Optimized repair and maintenance costs while ensuring quality 100 compliance with statutory safety and hygiene standards Strong vendor and contractor performance management Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 42 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Experience 5G 4 years Required Language Hindi Required English Preferred Kannada Preferred Work Location In person
