Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Incharge with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing maintenance of machines electrical electronics and general utilities in a factory environment The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment preventive maintenance troubleshooting and minimizing downtime to support uninterrupted production Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team to carry out daily preventive and breakdown maintenance Ensure smooth functioning of machinery electrical systems electronics and utility equipment compressors pumps generators etc Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment Troubleshoot breakdowns diagnose faults and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime Maintain records of maintenance activities spare parts usage and machine history logs Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to factory maintenance Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations Plan and monitor spare parts inventory vendor management and AMC contracts Train and guide technicians operators on basic machine upkeep Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs Qualifications Requirements Education Diploma B Tech ITI in Mechanical Electrical or Electronics Engineering Experience Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in factory plant maintenance Technical Skills Strong knowledge of machine maintenance electrical systems PLC basics and general utilities Ability to read and interpret technical manuals wiring diagrams and schematics Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques Soft Skills Leadership ability problem-solving analytical thinking good communication and team management Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
