We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Welder Fabricator to support the daily operations of our Polyurethane PU production unit basic Hindi language will be an added advantage Fabricate and assemble steel frames tanks and molds used in PU material production Perform ARC welding based on project requirements and material types Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and welding symbols Cut bend and shape metal using hand tools power tools and machinery Conduct repair and maintenance welding on machinery piping and PU production equipment Work closely with the maintenance and production team to fabricate custom supports jigs or fixtures Ensure that fabricated parts meet quality and dimensional standards Follow safety protocols while working with heat gases and machinery Maintain tools welding machines and fabrication equipment in good working condition Assist in installation or modification of PU production lines as per requirements Requirements Prefer Male Candidates Education ITI Diploma in Welding Fabrication or Mechanical Trade At-least 1 year of experience in industrial welding and fabrication preferably in a PU or chemical plant environment Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication layouts Proficiency in welding processes MIG TIG ARC Gas Mainly ARC Familiarity with PU production machinery mixers mold frames pipelines is an added advantage Knowledge of safe working practices and PPE usage in a chemical PU unit Experience 1-2years Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Experience Arc Welding 1 year Required Language Hindi Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Work Location In person
