We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our tax and compliance operations This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to independently manage client portfolios and ensure timely statutory compliance Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage Income Tax Return filings for individuals and businesses Handle GST registration return filing and departmental coordination Conduct and review Internal Audits and prepare audit reports Ensure timely filing of ESI PF and TDS returns Guide clients during assessments audits and notice responses Stay updated with tax laws and compliance changes Review client data identify compliance gaps and suggest improvements Supervise junior staff and manage multiple client assignments effectively Qualifications Skills B Com M Com CA Inter or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting tax and statutory filings Prior experience in audit firms or consultancy is preferred Positive working knowledge of Income Tax GST ESI PF TDS Proficiency in Tally Spectrum CompuOffice Strong client communication and team management skills Ability to work independently and handle deadlines What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Continuous learning and professional growth Supportive and collaborative work culture Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
