We are a well-established construction company in Bahrain seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for our residential commercial and high-rise building projects The ideal candidate must have a robust background in site execution GCC experience and the ability to manage teams and ensure project milestones are achieved JOB LOCATION WILL BE BAHRAIN Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site Coordinate with engineers subcontractors and workers to meet project timelines Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications Monitor site safety labor productivity and quality control Report daily progress issues and material requirements to project engineers Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and standards Assist in managing materials equipment and manpower at the site Resolve site-related issues and support project execution Candidate Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology 5-7 years of site supervision experience with at least 3 years in the GCC Proven experience in residential commercial and high-rise construction projects Strong understanding of construction drawings methods and sequencing Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure Familiarity with local safety standards and quality requirements Must have experience in high rise projects Valid GCC driver s license is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent
