Job Title Assistant Engineer - Structures Department Civil - Structures Project Type Mivan High-Rise Residential Construction Experience 2-5 Years Location Financial District - Gachibowli Reporting To Senior Engineer Structural Incharge Project Manager Job Responsibilities 1 Mivan Structural Execution Assist in executing structural works including Mivan shuttering reinforcement placement and concreting activities Ensure proper fixing and alignment of Mivan panels for walls slabs columns and lift cores Support the floor cycle execution and coordinate for daily targets 2 Site Supervision Supervise day-to-day site activities related to structural works and guide site teams and labor Ensure availability of materials and tools as per the execution schedule Attend toolbox meetings and follow up on action points related to site activities 3 Reinforcement Concrete Works Verify reinforcement at site as per drawing and BBS before concreting Monitor concrete pouring activities slump testing compaction surface finish and post-pour curing Coordinate with QA QC team for approvals and pre post-pour inspections 4 Coordination Work in coordination with QA QC Safety and MEP teams to ensure conflict-free execution Follow up with planning and stores for material requirements and drawing approvals Ensure site execution is aligned with safety standards and project timelines 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain daily progress reports DPR and provide inputs to senior engineers for planning Maintain site checklists pour cards inspection logs and site instructions Record delays deviations and non-conformities and escalate to seniors when needed Key Skills Required Good understanding of Mivan formwork and RCC structural works Ability to read and interpret structural and reinforcement drawings Strong coordination and supervision skills at the site Knowledge of MS Excel Word and basic AutoCAD Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Civil Engineering 3-5 years of site execution experience in Mivan high-rise projects mandato Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month
