Science STEM Teacher Experience 1-2 yrs Openings 1 Location Rasta Peth Education Society Somwar Peth Pune On contract - 6 months About Y4D Foundation Y4D Foundation is dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes and empowering students through quality education We are currently hiring a Science STEM Teacher for Rasta Peth Education Society where you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a passion for STEM subjects About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science STEM Teacher to join our educational team at Rasta Peth Education Society The ideal candidate will inspire students through innovative and engaging lessons in science technology engineering and mathematics encouraging a love for learning and critical thinking Key Responsibilities Plan prepare and deliver interactive STEM lessons that cater to a diverse group of students with varying abilities and interests Develop lesson plans that integrate science technology engineering and mathematics concepts in a cohesive and engaging manner Utilize hands-on activities experiments and real-world problem-solving approaches to make learning exciting and relevant Assess and evaluate student performance providing constructive feedback to support their growth and understanding of STEM subjects Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate STEM initiatives across the curriculum and participate in school-wide projects and events Stay updated with the latest advancements in STEM education and incorporate them into the curriculum Manage classroom resources effectively and ensure a safe supportive and inclusive learning setting Encourage and guide students in STEM-related extracurricular activities and competitions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Science Education or a related STEM field a teaching certification is preferred Proven experience in teaching STEM subjects at the middle or high school level Solid knowledge of science and mathematics concepts with the ability to teach these subjects in an engaging and creative way Excellent communication presentation and classroom management skills Passionate about STEM education and committed to continuous professional development Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a keen interest in STEM subjects Preferred Skills Experience with educational technology tools and online learning platforms Familiarity with project-based learning and interdisciplinary teaching methods Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Pune Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 1 year Required Language English Preferred Marathi Required Location Pune Maharashtra Preferred Work Location In person
