Proven experience working as a Senior Application support or similar IT role - mainly JAVA related applications Familiarity with all business functions required within an IT development support team Experience of supporting applications hosted in AWS ITIL knowledge - Incident Problem Change Release Management Familiar with ServiceNow JIRA Confluence Datadog Splunk etc Technical experience with Windows Linux Unix Oracle PostGre PLSQL Core JAVA J2EE OOPS concepts Middleware technologies etc Excellent communication skills Problem solving analytical mind organising and time management skills Knowledge of versioning repositories like GitHub SVN etc Knowledge in Airline domain is an added advantage Nice to have experience in DevOps Versatile to work in shifts On-Call support on weekends
