Job Title Senior Sales Manager Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Project team This role involves managing and driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction with our fire and security products and services The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Leader to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the sales function Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants End users ers to drive sales of fire and security products and services Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach Collaborate with channel partners to create and execute sales strategies and plans Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge Monitor and analyze sales performance providing regular reports and insights to the Business Leader Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Fire and Security business Qualifications Proven experience in LV fire related industry Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets Technical knowledge related to fire and security products and services is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in driving business in Government Industrial sectors Background in key account management Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 12 556 54 - 35 125 66 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
