Position Senior Accountant Department Accounts Finance Location A-309 410 Stellar Sindhu Bhavan Road Ahmedabad 380054 https svitch bike Employment Type Full-Time Reporting to CA CEO Job Summary The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions ensuring compliance with tax regulations handling day-to-day financial operations and preparing accurate financial reports The role requires experience in a manufacturing setup and understanding of inventory costing and statutory requirements Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain and manage general ledger journal entries and accounting books as per standards Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including purchase sales payments receipts and expenses Reconcile bank statements vendor ledgers and customer accounts 2 Taxation Compliance Manage GST computation filing and returns Handle TDS deduction payment and returns Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF ESI PT etc Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for audit and compliance matters 3 Manufacturing Inventory Accounting Monitor raw material WIP and finished goods inventory with the production team Calculate product costing overhead allocation and variance analysis Support in BOM Bill of Material analysis and stock valuation 4 Financial Reporting Prepare monthly quarterly financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Prepare MIS reports and analysis as required by management Assist in budget preparation and expense control 5 Internal Controls Process Improvements Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting processes Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing of records Key Skills Required Solid knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation GST TDS Experience in inventory and manufacturing accounting Proficiency in Tally ERP Excel and accounting software Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and team coordination skills Qualifications Experience B Com M Com CA Inter MBA Finance 4 to 8 years of experience in accounting preferably in a manufacturing company Experience in working with ERP systems and managing audits is a plus Job Time 10 AM To7 PM Monday to Saturday Candidates who can join immediately or within one months are preferable Salary up to 5 LPA also negotiable If you are interested then please share your Resume on himanitailorhr gmail com or on 95120 11639 Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
