Job Title Logistics Manager - Sheet Metal Manufacturing Location Insert Location Experience Minimum 3 Years in Warehouse Logistics Management Industry Sheet Metal Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Manufacturing Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Manager with at least 3 years of experience in managing warehouse operations within a sheet metal manufacturing environment The ideal candidate will oversee inbound and outbound logistics ensure timely dispatches manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with production and procurement teams to maintain seamless material flow Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving storage inventory management and dispatch Ensure accurate tracking of raw materials semi-finished and finished sheet metal products Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics including transportation and distribution Develop and implement effective logistics strategies for cost optimization and timely delivery Coordinate with production planning purchase and quality departments for material availability and flow Maintain safety hygiene and security standards within the warehouse Manage and supervise warehouse staff drivers and logistics coordinators Ensure proper documentation for all inventory and logistics-related activities GRN delivery notes etc Handle third-party logistics 3PL service providers and negotiate contracts where required Use ERP systems for inventory control stock movements and report generation Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Operations or a related field Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse logistics operations preferably in sheet metal or manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of warehouse layout planning material handling equipment and safety norms Proficiency in ERP WMS software and MS Office Valuable organizational communication and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and in coordination with cross-functional teams Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 21 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience Import and Export Management 3 years Required Warehouse management 3 years Required Language Kannada Required Work Location In person
