Establish and oversee robust governance and rigor compliance frameworks across South Asia ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements corporate policies and ethical standards Requirement The Candidate 20 years of experience managing business and finance operations Exposure to heading a global capability centre would be an added advantage A reputation for company strategy innovation operational capabilities discipline and integrity are paramount Can influence policy and articulate the company s values at different forums through associations with Indian political and administrative infrastructure Demonstrated experience in leading innovation and execution excellence in a multi stakeholder setting spearheading the team s efforts in sync and in collaboration with global counterparts and colleagues Prior P L Leadership of a product group site development centre or BU strong experience managing driving budget resources A respected industry leader with strong market credibility gained through results achievement and exceptional relationships and the availability to develop meaningful relationships with top-level management of the current and future customer of SFDC Exhibits good understanding of differences in operating environments and culture across different geographies and companies Has a detailed understanding of the company and its
