The Tele caller will be responsible for connecting with prospective students parents and leads to provide information about university programs admission processes courses fees and campus facilities The role involves handling inbound outbound calls maintaining lead records and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding university courses and admissions Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about programs eligibility and admission procedures Maintain and update the lead management system with call details and follow-ups Counsel students regarding course suitability based on their interests and academic background Schedule campus visits counselling sessions or admission interviews as required Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversions Maintain strong product knowledge of all programs offered by the university Meet daily weekly monthly call targets and contribute to enrollment goals Provide feedback to the admissions marketing team about lead quality and student queries Handle queries with professionalism patience and clarity Skills Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline Strong communication skills in English Hindi and Odia Pleasant voice confident communication and good interpersonal skills Ability to work with targets and maintain consistent follow-ups Basic knowledge of MS Office Prior experience in tele calling counselling or customer service preferably in education sector is an advantage Key competencies - Excellent telephone etiquette Active listening Persuasion and counselling ability Time management Patience and problem-solving Customer -centric mindset Work Environment - Office-based role May require weekend availability during peak admission seasons Team oriented workplace with daily reporting Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 7 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
