Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to fostering a positive learning workplace for students This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles while promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills Duties Develop and implement comprehensive mathematics curricula that align with educational standards Create engaging lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles and abilities Provide instruction in mathematical concepts including but not limited to algebra geometry and statistics Assess student progress through standardized testing and regular evaluations Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment Collaborate with other educators to support students with special needs through individualized education plans IEPs Foster a love for mathematics by incorporating real-world applications into lessons Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices Skills Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum development and lesson planning Experience working with children in an educational setting including preschool or early childhood education Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment Ability to communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues Experience in tutoring or providing additional support for students struggling with math concepts Knowledge of behavior management techniques and childhood development principles Experience teaching physical education is a plus as well as familiarity with Montessori methods Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs We encourage candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching mathematics and committed to student success to apply for this rewarding opportunity Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
