We are seeking a Non-IT Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring processes The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills stakeholder management ability and a proven track record of closing critical non-IT positions across diverse functions Key Role Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels job portals LinkedIn referrals vendor networks Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit Ensure top-notch communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process Maintain recruitment metrics time-to-fill quality of hire offer-to-join ratio and provide regular reports Build long-term relationships with talent pools and external recruitment partners Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience Skillset required Strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment across functions such as HR Finance Sales Operations and Administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to influence and engage at senior levels Proficiency in recruitment tools ATS and sourcing platforms Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills professionalism and stakeholder management Job Type Permanent Pay Up to 75 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s What is your notice period Work Location In person
