Job Title Coffee Trainer Location Hyderabad India Employment Type Full-time Food and Accommodation Provided About the Role We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Coffee Trainer to join our hospitality team in Hyderabad The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee from bean to cup and be skilled in training baristas and hospitality staff on coffee preparation brewing techniques customer service and product knowledge You will play a key role in maintaining high coffee standards across our outlets and ensuring an exceptional coffee experience for every guest Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions for baristas and service staff on coffee preparation latte art brewing methods and equipment maintenance Develop and implement training modules for new hires and existing staff Maintain quality and consistency of coffee served across all outlets Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement Stay updated on coffee trends beans blends and brewing technology Collaborate with the operations and product teams to improve offerings and service standards Ensure adherence to hygiene safety and operational standards in all coffee operations Assist in menu development and recent product launches related to coffee and beverages Requirements Proven experience as a Coffee Trainer Head Barista or similar role in a cafe or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of espresso machines grinders brewing methods pour-over AeroPress French press etc Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills Certification from a recognized coffee organization e g SCA Barista Guild is a plus Passion for coffee culture and customer service excellence Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad food and accommodation provided Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Free food and accommodation Opportunities for career growth within the brand Exposure to specialty coffee and advanced training techniques Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
