About DrinkPrime DrinkPrime is a subscription-based drinking water solution that began as a response to the unreliable supply of safe drinking water across Urban India Over time we have evolved into an organisation that is driven by a singular mission to change the way people think about the water they drink Through our subscription-based model we provide customers with water purifiers that use integrated technology to help them monitor the quality of the water they consume every day At DrinkPrime we are on a mission to make safe drinking water accessible and affordable to every resident in India We are backed by Tier 1 VCs and many prominent angels They believe in the vision mission and the team of DrinkPrime With our tech first approach we are taking up this audacious mission and believe in solving it Be a part of history and join us We can solve this problem together Key responsibilities 1 Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts 2 Calling to the customers and discuss their overdue payments 3 Follow up with the customers till the payment is received 4 Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate subscription plan 5 Build long-term trusting relationships with customers 6 Escalating irregular cases to the supervisor and seeking help in closing them 7 Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress 8 Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time and take actions in order to encourage timely payments 9 Stay up-to-date with recent products features services and new pricing payment plans Requirements 1 Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques most preferably outbound 2 Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role 3 Excellent knowledge of billing procedures 4 Knowledge of various collection techniques 5 Ability to communicate clearly professionally verbally in writing 6 Should be Proficient with English Hindi 7 Minimum 12th pass with 1 to 2 years of collection work experience Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 430 000 00 per year Work Location In person
