Job Title Interior Site Supervisor Reports to Project Manager Construction Manager Location Construction site varies Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate interior construction projects from start to finish The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate interior construction activities including installation of finishes fixtures and equipment Conduct site inspections to monitor progress quality and safety Manage and mentor site staff including carpenters laborers and subcontractors Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures Coordinate with project managers architects engineers and clients to resolve issues and ensure project goals are met Maintain accurate records of progress inspections and safety incidents Identify and resolve site-related problems and conflicts Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and company standards Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to achieve project objectives Requirements 3 years of experience in interior construction supervision Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Working Conditions Exposure to noise dust and varying weather conditions Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
