We are looking for a dedicated and professional Marketing and Patient Relations Head to oversee patient interactions manage marketing activities and ensure smooth communication between patients and the organization The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills experience in patient handling and the ability to coordinate marketing activities that support business growth Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations Welcome and assist patients ensuring a warm and positive experience Handle patient inquiries concerns and feedback with care and professionalism Coordinate appointments follow-ups and patient flow within the facility Maintain patient satisfaction records and recommend improvements Build strong relationships with patients and families to enhance trust and comfort Tele-Calling Follow-Up Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders follow-ups and service inquiries Provide clear information about services procedures offers and events Manage patient leads follow-up lists and maintain accurate call records Marketing Activities Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives awareness programs and outreach activities Coordinate marketing materials such as posters flyers and brochures for events or clinic use Support event planning health camps community programs and partnerships Conduct market research and gather insights to support marketing strategies Coordination Leadership Lead and guide the marketing and patient relations team Work closely with doctors management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain reports on patient satisfaction call activity and marketing performance Develop and implement ideas to improve patient experience and increase visibility Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or a related field or equivalent work experience Experience in patient relations front office customer service or marketing Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle patient issues calmly and professionally Valuable organizational multitasking and problem-solving abilities Friendly empathetic and service-oriented attitude Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Language English Preferred Work Location In person
