As a Stock Data Entry Operator you will be responsible for accurately recording updating and managing stock information in our database The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and comfortable working with numbers and inventory management systems Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain stock records accurately in the inventory management system Update stock movements including purchases sales returns and transfers Reconcile physical stock with system data to ensure accuracy Generate reports on stock levels movements and discrepancies for management review Collaborate with store staff and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory tracking Identify and report stock discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly Assist in audits stocktaking and inventory control processes Ensure confidentiality and security of inventory data Requirements 0-2 years of experience in data entry inventory management or retail operations experience in jewellery is a plus Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Basic knowledge of inventory management software or MS Excel Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Work Location In person
