Job Position Site Engineer Experience 3 to 4 Years Location Bharuch Job summary The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe working setting at our industrial sites by implementing and monitoring safety protocols conducting inspections and training staff on safety practices The role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Monitor daily construction activities to ensure that site operations comply with project specifications and safety standards Quality Control Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality of construction work Coordination with Stakeholders Facilitate effective communication between contractors engineers and project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines Progress Reporting Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers highlighting potential risks and proposing solutions Resource Management Effectively manage and allocate resources to ensure materials and labor are utilized efficiently thereby meeting project deadlines Software Proficiency MS-Office Key Requirements Strong knowledge of civil construction activities RCC finishing industrial work Experience in site execution supervision quality control Punctual responsible able to handle site independently Manage day-to-day site planning problem-solving Daily site reporting progress materials manpower Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience Required in Industrial Construction Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of latest construction technologies and methods Strong leadership and communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary Prospect for career growth Professional development and training Collaborative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
