The ViDKonX International Group is responsible for the successful planning organization and execution of scientific conferences This role ensures a seamless experience for speakers participants and attendees by managing all aspects of conference logistics and communication Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end planning of scientific conferences ensuring efficient execution and a high-quality attendee experience Manage speaker outreach and communications including sending invitations confirming participation and handling logistics Oversee abstract submission processes including system management communication with authors and coordination of peer review Assist in the development of the conference program including scheduling sessions assigning speakers and aligning content with conference objectives Handle logistical arrangements such as venue coordination audio-visual needs catering and on-site support Collect and analyze post-conference feedback generate summary reports and assist with budget reconciliation and performance evaluation Maintain communication with stakeholders using online platforms and tools to streamline planning and execution Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Experience Conferences 1 year Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 29 11 2025
