About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Junior Senior to join our team The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals a good understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print media Key Responsibilities Develop engaging designs for social media posts banners ads presentations and other digital creatives Create branding materials including logos brochures packaging and marketing collaterals Understand project requirements and translate briefs into visually appealing concepts Ensure consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines Work closely with the marketing content and client servicing teams to deliver timely and effective creatives Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and best practices For Senior Role Lead creative directions and provide guidance to junior designers For Senior Role Review and ensure quality control of all creative outputs For Senior Role Manage multiple projects and interact with clients for design presentations if required Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign or other design tools like Figma Canva CorelDRAW etc Strong sense of visual composition typography color theory and layout Creativity originality and the ability to think out-of-the-box Good communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team For Senior Role Strong conceptual thinking and ability to lead creative solutions For Senior Role Experience in mentoring juniors and handling end-to-end design projects Experience Required Junior Graphic Designer 0 6 - 2 years Senior Graphic Designer 3 - 4 years Education Bachelor s degree in Design Fine Arts Visual Communication or related field preferred Relevant certifications courses will be an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Which design tools are you proficient in What is your notice period Are you open to working from office location- Sanpada Navi Mumbai Do you have a portfolio to showcase your work if yes Please share link What is your current CTC Optional What is your expected CTC Experience Graphic design 1 year Required Work Location In person
