Job Title Admission Counselor Female Only Job Summary We are seeking a female Admission Counselor who will guide prospective students through the admission process She will be responsible for counseling students understanding their academic interests suggesting suitable programs and supporting them until enrollment Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone WhatsApp email and walk-ins Counsel students on available courses eligibility career paths and program benefits Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of interested candidates Provide detailed information about admission procedures documentation fees and deadlines Schedule counselling sessions campus tours and interviews if required Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses Coordinate with the academic and admin teams for smooth admission processing Meet weekly and monthly admission targets Participate in education fairs seminars and promotional events Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with students Requirements Female candidates only as per job requirement Bachelor s degree in any discipline education marketing background preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident presentable and student-focused Good command over English and local languages if applicable Ability to work with MS Office CRM tools and online communication platforms Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced setting Preferred Skills Prior experience in counselling sales or education sector Ability to explain academic programs clearly Strong follow-up and persuasion skills Professional attitude and customer-centric approach Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
