We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Staff Nurse with a minimum of five years of hands-on neonatal intensive care experience The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional evidence-based care to critically ill and premature newborns support families through complex clinical situations and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive high-quality nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates in Level II III IV NICU settings Conduct continuous patient assessments monitor vital signs interpret clinical data and respond promptly to changes in patient condition Administer medications treatments and advanced therapeutic interventions per provider orders and NICU protocols Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment such as ventilators CPAP incubators infusion pumps and monitoring devices Assist with and support complex procedures e g line insertions intubations transfusions Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements Educate and support parents and families on newborn care feeding plans safety and discharge planning Collaborate closely with neonatologists respiratory therapists lactation consultants and other multidisciplinary team members Adhere to infection control patient safety and quality improvement standards within the NICU Contribute to unit-based initiatives continuing education and clinical skill development Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 8 086 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
