Job Responsibilities Supervise and manage the operation maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment in the power plant Ensure the efficiency and reliability of turbines boilers pumps compressors and other mechanical components Conduct routine inspections preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems Work closely with electrical and instrumentation teams to ensure smooth plant operations Analyze mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime Assist in the installation and commissioning of recent mechanical equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and equipment performance Monitor fuel systems cooling systems and lubrication systems to enhance efficiency Provide technical support and training to plant operators and junior staff Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 2 to 3 years of experience in a power plant or related industry Strong knowledge of turbines boilers heat exchangers and piping systems Familiarity with mechanical engineering standards Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of power plant machinery Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
