Job Type Internship Job Location Current Delhi Company Iora Ecological Solutions Pvt Ltd Location Multiple districts in Telangana field-based Start Date Immediate Duration 3 months Stipend 5 000 per month fixed 500 per farmer plot onboarded performance incentive About the Internship Iora Ecological Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic field interns to support farmer onboarding for our agroforestry and carbon initiatives in Telangana The role involves travelling to villages interacting with farmers explaining project benefits and helping them complete the onboarding and documentation process This internship is ideal for students passionate about agriculture sustainability forestry and community development Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to villages and engage with farmers about the project Mobilise farmers and farmer groups FPOs SHGs for onboarding Collect verify and upload farmer documents and baseline information Assist farmers in completing digital or paper-based forms Maintain accurate daily records of outreach and onboarded farmers Provide daily weekly updates to the field coordinator or project manager Coordinate with field institutions and field teams Who Can Apply Students or recent graduates from Agriculture Forestry Rural Development Environmental Science Social Work or related fields Should have basic knowledge of excel word and GPS mobile based software Must be fluent in Telugu spoken and English Hindi preferred Comfortable travelling to rural areas and working with farmers Must own a smartphone and be able to use mobile apps for data entry Motivated reliable and willing to do fieldwork Perks Internship Certificate from Iora Ecological Solutions Pvt Ltd Hands-on field experience with farmers and local institutions Performance-based monthly incentives Opportunity to be considered for full-time roles after internship Number of Openings 4
