We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Event Coordinators to support the planning organizing and execution of corporate technical and promotional events This role is ideal for fresh graduates from Electronics Communication Engineering ECE or Electrical Electronics Engineering EEE who possess solid organizational communication and multitasking abilities No prior experience is required training will be provided Assist in planning and coordinating technical events workshops conferences and corporate programs Support logistics management including venue setup audio-visual equipment electrical arrangements and technical support Coordinate with internal teams vendors speakers and participants to ensure smooth event flow Prepare event schedules checklists and reports Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time Handle registration counters participant queries and in office coordination Assist in preparing promotional materials event documentation and feedback reports Maintain inventory of technical equipment and ensure proper setup and functioning during events Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to sound systems projectors lighting or event equipment Required Qualifications B E B Tech in ECE or EEE Fresher or 0-1 year experience Strong interest in event management and coordination Basic understanding of audio-visual and electrical equipment preferred Good communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask stay organized and work under pressure Willingness to work flexible hours during events Preferred Skills Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail Team player with a proactive and positive approach Basic knowledge of MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to handle on-ground challenges during events Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Work Location In person
