Role Purpose To ensure the availability of audio-video products with the best commercial terms timely replenishment and zero stock-outs supporting fast order fulfillment and higher profitability Key Responsibilities 1 Inventory Procurement Replenishment Raise purchase orders based on stock levels forecast sales velocity Maintain optimal inventory to avoid stock-outs overstocks Monitor open PO status and follow-up for timely deliveries Coordinate RTV Return-to-Vendor for defective or non-moving items 2 Vendor Coordination Relationship Support Work closely with Vendor Managers OEM partners for price stock delivery schedules Collect latest pricing schemes and promotional offers Maintain vendor records agreements documentation 3 Cost Margin Control Ensure correct buy pricing as per approved margins Track cost changes update systems accordingly Identify high-margin buying opportunities and deal benefits 4 Data Documentation Track daily stock levels and purchase planning reports PO GRN matching and coordination with finance for vendor invoices Maintain system accuracy for product availability and pricing 5 Coordination With Warehouse Operations Share inbound plan with warehouse team Ensure proper product QC barcoding putaway instructions Resolve delivery discrepancies shortages damages Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
