Job Title AI Engineer Fresher Location On-site India Experience Level 0-1 years Employment Type Full-time On-site About Us We are a technology-driven organization specializing in AI integration rendering workflows high-performance compute environments and advanced solutions for architectural 3D and AEC firms We help enterprises adopt and operationalize AI tools within real production ecosystems To support our expanding operations we are hiring an on-site AI Engineer who is ready to learn contribute and grow in a fast-paced environment Role Overview The AI Engineer Fresher will work on-site with our engineering and solutions teams to assist in building integrating and optimizing AI models and automation pipelines The role involves hands-on work with data preparation model deployment workflow scripting and collaboration with infrastructure teams to ensure high-performance and secure AI operations Key Responsibilities Support the development training and evaluation of machine learning and deep learning models Assist in integrating AI models into our internal tools client workflows and on-premise environment Work with senior engineers to deploy AI solutions on local servers workstations and GPU systems Participate in data preprocessing feature engineering and model performance tuning Write and maintain Python scripts utilities and automation tools Research and test emerging AI tools and frameworks relevant to rendering AEC and enterprise use cases Document implementation steps model results deployment instructions and workflow improvements Collaborate on-site with internal teams for rapid iteration and hands-on troubleshooting Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related discipline Understanding of machine learning principles algorithms and workflows Basic working familiarity with PyTorch TensorFlow or Keras Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML libraries NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn Good understanding of data structures model evaluation metrics and training pipelines Willingness to work on-site daily and collaborate in a hands-on engineering environment Robust communication curiosity and problem-solving abilities Preferred Good to Have Experience with LLMs vector databases RAG pipelines or prompt engineering Exposure to computer vision or NLP projects Familiarity with Git Linux environments and GPU-based training workflows Understanding of on-premise AI deployment workstation optimization or HPC systems Participation in AI ML research projects hackathons or Kaggle competitions What We Offer Hands-on exposure to advanced AI and high-performance computing infrastructure Mentorship from senior engineers and domain experts Clear learning paths and accelerated career growth opportunities Real-world AI implementation experience across AEC 3D rendering and enterprise verticals Competitive compensation and structured professional development Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person
